What agents need to know to prepare for a fantastic year in real estate.

According to Shonn, real estate agents will find themselves in one of three camps in the coming year: 10% will gobble up all the business and thrive in our changing market, 60% will take a small step back but still survive, and 10% will be forced to leave the real estate industry.
One of the ways you can make sure you thrive in the coming market environment is by working with a team that provides value. So what makes a team valuable? According to Shonn, leads, training, and especially appointments are what set great teams apart from average ones. If your team isn’t providing you with the necessary tools to succeed, it might be time to find a new group.
